Any of you guys know if the Winchester '92 bolt stop pin screw will interchange with the Rossi part. Thanks Doug

Or you could just make it. Homemade Rossi Firing Pin. One nice thing about the '92 is that they were designed and built over 100 years ago. If they could make the parts back then, I should be able to make them now. It may take some time with a file to get "just right", but everything is steel or wood and both of which are fairly easy to work with.bamboozler wrote:If one critical part broke it would be a paper weight.
Maybe the later ones, but I suspect the New Haven built are SAE threads. Any Winchesters that I've had from there had 'Merican threads.bamboozler wrote:I'm hearing the 92 screws are metric too. Doesn't seem to be much if anything available from Rossi for parts so being careful and hoping nothing breaks on mine.
If one critical part broke it would be a paper weight.
