Just acquired the M92 .357 20" SS

Post by Xshot »

I always wanted a lever gun, but being lefty I never pursued the thought. Well the Rossi M92 caught my eye and I just jumped on it. Looks like I got lucky, because this one looks really good and nicely finished. I probably remove the wood furniture for a complete strip, stain and True oil finish. While I'm at it I'll knock off the sharp edges and do a precise fitment. Out of the box the action and trigger felt pretty good considering it's brand new. My best guess is the trigger breaks between 4 - 5 puonds with just a hint of creep. I've only put 5 rounds down the tube, but it told me it everything works and shoots pretty straight.

Now the fun begins.
