has any slugged the bore of RG 45-70? I am casting but need to order the sizer stuff.

Not really. I only do it to uniform the bullet so that they seat evenly with minimum run-out.twobitokie wrote:thank you, dog, but as my lee molds are throwing 459, do I really need to size my cast bullets?????
