I have had my R92 for a while and got to take it out for the first time today, shot 357mags and 38 specials and i expected a little more recoil than what it has which is good. I'm just an old guy that has been shooting his entire life, done most everything from
Bullseye to Benchrest matches and everything in between. I always wanted one of these little carbines and I got the SS model that handles 38 special and 357 magnum rounds (cycling) that is. The mag has a little recoil and with 158 grain jsp's but with the 38 special it's like shooting a 22, going to love this little lady. Hope to learn a lot here about the Rossi R92. thanks for letting me join and hope to talk to many of you. I'm located in Kearney Missouri so any neighbor's chime in.
