Rossi 92 Interesting Find

Post by dpowers92 »

Full scope mount. And side eject.

He lowers a little the right side of the ejection port, and the mount has an angle that helps to deflect the used cartridge.

Have not seen this before.

I've never seen an angle eject 92. he would surely have to convert the bolt to angle eject configuration, making a new extractor.

There's not a lot of information on this.
Just seen a couple of videos on the tube.

It seems to be a rather neat modification. Very useful.

The Marlin 94 at home. :SmileyFaceDodgingTomatoes:

The Mini14-family of rifles mounts scopes like this and I don't appreciate the way the brass chips away at my windage turret, but at least I don't need the weight imbalance of a scout scope.

Rotate your scope 90 degrees CCW and you’ll stop eating your windage turret. You’ll just need to channel your inner dyslexic to re-zero.
