it depends on the length of the nose, and on exactly where the cartridge stop on the lifter is.
I done a slight modification on my early 2-K's 44 mag to take the longer nose 429421, it feeds the rcbs swc [gas check keith copy] no problem.
just as an aside I have to seat the 454424 to the front drive band to get it to feed in my 45 colt's 92's.
I have no problems with any of the Lyman RNFP designs in any of my rossi's.
the 452664, 429667, and 358664~5?[iirc?] anyway they all slide through the rossi 92's slick as snot and shoot/hunt just as well as any of the SWC style cast bullets do.

My .357 eats them too but mine is an original style rifle from the '80's.

My older Interarms Rossi 92 in .44 mag doesn't like the length of my RCBS 44-250-K bullets, but has no problem at all with the Lyman 429244 Thompson SWC which is just a tiny bit shorter.
