You can say that twice. I will contact them and see what's up.GasGuzzler wrote:USPS tracking is not always accurate.
With that said, since all I can do right now is wait I will now force myself to only check the Rossi website once a week.

So here is another update: today I decided to do my weekly status check. This is what I saw:
So, I decided to do the chat thingie. And I have been told that
I have to say I am quite pleasantly impressed.
So, I decided to do the chat thingie. And I have been told that
And gave me the tracking number, which said it was shipped yesterday and should be here on Friday. We had replaced the Barrel chamber, there was no problem found with the Breech Bolt, shot Winchester- 38 Special 130 GR FMJ- 9 rounds and AMERICAN EAGLE- 357 MAG 158 GR JSP- 9 rounds .
I have to say I am quite pleasantly impressed.

Not sure how you "replace a barrel chamber" but I expect that to mean that they replaced the barrel. Good news that it is being returned.

Re: Rossi 92 Carbine goes for a repair.
I actually asked that myself when chatting but she could not answer. So, when it gets back, first thing I will do is examine the barrel, specially the breech side, to see if I find out what they did. And then post pretty picts.Ranch Dog wrote:Not sure how you "replace a barrel chamber" but I expect that to mean that they replaced the barrel. Good news that it is being returned.
