Any chance of loading data for A2400 for 38sp running 15g in the .357 giving about 1665 but need to retest it ! Been awhile.

2400 is a magnum powder. As such Alliant only offers a 146 JHP/SWC load for +P...and it's pretty weak. I wouldn't be afraid to run the 146 load under a 158 but that's for you to decide. 2400 is my favorite for .357 but I don't use it for .38.

I don’t have any data for 38 Spl, but I run 2400 in 44 Spl. It works well, but my 44 Spl loads are a bit warm (900 - 1,000 FPS with various 240 gr bullets from a 4 inch barrel). As I recall from the load work up, lighter loads were dirty and variable.
