Ahh, Fall in the air with morning temps in the hi 50's. long sleeve tee felt good.

Waiting for the RO to open up at 9 am, I'm the only one there, wow.

Okay, all set up at the 25 yard marker to re-zero the scope when the next guy
shows up. Using the two / three shot technique zeroing is good to go, eighth
shot is touching the X ring.

Now others are beginning to show up and I move a new target to the 50 yard
marker.



HEY, I can live with that ! By this time lines are beginning to form with shooters waiting
for a station. I decide to quit while I'm ahead and let someone else have the spot. I'll be
back next week and go for 75 yards, better plan on arriving early.

Good deal. I spent most of the day, other than a nap, on my range working on my Marlin 375. Decided to hunt with it year as it has been a long while since I have.

I kind of pay attention to the weather near Islip, NY (Long Island) because my daughter lives there. Yesterday, I noticed that we were a degree cooler at 56º than they were. The humidity was 36% and the shooting only so so but it still was a great day like you had. Gon'na repeat things today and try to call this rifle ready for something.

I love the fall weather, and love hearing things going good for fellow rossi shooters.
