Maybe too many people ordered one too quickly. Remember January 2013 and .22LR?

CDNN's prices fluctuate a LOT. I've looked at something and thought it over only to come back and the price has jumped in an hour. I get it's a business but jeeze.

Tried to order something last week from an e-mail flyer I'd gotten the day before.

The response I got was 'We don't sell anything semi-auto to CA! ... and anyway we sold out of those earlier today.'

It was perfectly legal in CA, long gun so no problems with any silly DOJ SKU list, and was a ten round mag so no problems there either.
I've done business with them in the past and might in the future but I got the local shop to order what I wanted from a different source. Ended up paying just about the same price.

I don't need one or really want one, but I'm struggling to not buy a $99 rifle. If you know what I mean.

Let's see, I have a nos 357 Magnum barrel off a Timberwolf pump. That would make an interesting barrel stub project.
