I did some internet snooping today and I see that Ruger is chambering their 77/17 in WSM. Volquartsen has a semi-auto that looks like a 10/22 Ruger and a couple of other manufacturers are building AR15 type rifles in WSM. Between other ammo makers and gun manufacturers jumping on the bandwagon, I think the future of this round looks somewhat promising. I'm also seeing ammo priced as low as $12.00 a box for 50 rounds.
