I very much dislike the fact that they are bevel based (really wish I had noticed that before I bought it) but I bought it a while back because I wanted something easier to load that didn't have the SWC's edge. I have a few pounds of unknown but harder alloy that I figured I would try several different magnum loadings and see if there is any accuracy involved. They will all be through my 16" R92 so that should give plenty of velocity. I know I want that NOE RD mold but jeeze have I dumped a lot of money into this hobby lately.
How did these work out? Looks like a bullet I would like to try if it shows any potential.

I can send some if you like. I'd like for someone to test my work.

PM received, bullets packaged. I'll get them in the mail this afternoon or tomorrow.

Remember, it's my first try at casting and making lube so ....

Now I remember where I read it was discontinued. The inventor of Ben's lube posted Johnson's told him so in an email.

Please read my signature.

Thanks, I missed that on page one. No problem, just corrected it. Lifetime supply enroute.

Boy, you have me wondering now about my 92 in 357 for the same purpose. I realize this post is a year of so old but I just read it since I was looking for some .357 V Hog real world info. I have loaded up some 158gr LSWC with 18gr of LilGun which should produce around 1900 FPS for 1200FPE at the barrel of my 20" tube. I hunt in the same proximity as you do; just NE of Waco on another's Retired Vets land...that is when he allows me and he's not traveling. Never got around to getting my own acreage for hunting; one of my big regrets in life; anyway, I think I will take my Rossi Wizard in 270 just in case. Thanks for the info
