Added a wheel that hold clays. Object is to break clay on bottom in the white zone with .22, BB or pellet gun. Once the first one breaks the other 3 swing down then its a moving target. Can be timed or just for fun. Ya It was a rain day and I was bored in the shop. A little addition for my range

I love the idea. I've made several "moving" target setups before, but none like this one. I want to make one. I'm kind of surprise that busting on clay would make the others swing down. I'm not doubting you, just surprised. Do you have specs on your target build? "By chance in there a YouTube video?

Re: A little addition for my range
No specs but can give you a list of parts. 4ft lathes, old front wheel and forks from bicycle. Piece of tube to stick fork shaft into, a 2ft metal rod hammered into ground to set upright tube on. Some small bolts, washers and screws to hold everything together. I used some little U~shaped metal spring clips to hold clays on with. A small screw goes in through the lathe to hold them on. I had them laying around so must be from automotive application. Thought about clothes pins but couldn't figure out easy way to mount them. Its just thrown together with stuff I had around. And yes when you break a clay it starts swinging down then goes back and forth for a long time.Moon Tree wrote:I love the idea.
