Hello. New to this site. I will be buying a Rossi matched pair in .224/20 gauge. I was wondering how the accuracy of the .223 is at 200-300 yards with scope. And can I alter a Boyds h&r handi rifle stock to fit the Rossi single shot? Or is there a laminate stock I can get for it? And can I buy just a .22 barrel for this? Thanks

My single shot is dead on at 100 yrds for the first shot after that it's high to the right or low to the left. as for the boyd's stock the answer is no.

My single .223 shoots great for what it is. First time out I was getting 1 1/4 in. groups with standard factory fmj. shooting about one shot every 20 seconds. Rang steel over and over at 300 and 400 yds..
