I have an Interarms with a very rough action, and I'd rather let someone else do it than screw it up myself.

Unfortunately none I know of in my area. I used steve's dvd to walk me through doing it. I am the kid that broke my toys trying to figure out how they worked. So it is all by your comfort level. If I was home on a regular bases I could help you do it. My job has me all over the place.
