The only HPR I've shot was their 10mm in my Delta Elite. The cases ejected all over the place and the felt recoil would feel full power one shot and like a heavy .40SW the next. I never felt any that might be close to a squib and they all cycled the gun but I wouldn't buy them again. The brass actually scattered so much I couldn't find it all.
