Yep, many PXs sell firearms. Ft. Leavenworth (where I'm at) won't let buy ammo the same day, but I believe that is a post policy.

You need to move to the Midwest (excluding Illinois) or the South. We have still have gun-friendly politicians. My state keeps thumbing their nose at the Obama/Bloomberg faction and they keep filing lawsuits trying to beat us down. Last year they passed legislation that essentially says, "Any firearm manufactured, sold and possessed solely in the State of Kansas is exempt from Federal regulations." That one sure got the attention of the anti-gun groups!
