High brass/low brass & 2 1/2" vs 3" .410 on a CJ.

I have read that low brass .410 shells will jam a Taurus Judge and S&W Governor cylinder, keeping it from revolving. Has anybody had this problem on a Circuit Judge? I have also heard that 3" .410 will jam the cylinder. Does anyone have any specific recommendations on using high/low brass or 2 1/2" vs 3" .410 in the CJ? I am trying to figure out the best target ammo to buy.
