New member from Arkansas
Just found this forum and wanted to say hello.
I'm in N.E. Arkansas. Work in the commercial buildings architectural design and drawings field for the last
36 years. Former U.S. Coast Guard service in the early 70's.
Have a early 90's M92 in 38/357 cal. with factory scrolling on the receiver. Blued finish. One of my favorite guns. Also have 2" .357 snubbie.
Just like the M92's. Considering another one in .44 mag.
Thanks

Howdy. Pretty soon you'll have a 'stable' of leverguns in all the different chamberings and configurations.

welcome from across the border in NE Texas. It seems we have "line drawing" in common .... but hasn't the method of drawing lines changed a lot in the last 25-30 years?

Re: New member from Arkansas
yes sir, mr surveyor!! I started in the business in 1978 and started using computers for drawing in 1992.
don't think i would want to go back totally, but we seemed to make fewer changes to the drawings back when we had erase and redraw paper work instead of screen work!!

Re: New member from Arkansas
real close to the same timing too.
When I finally drug myself kicking and screaming to autocad in 1993, I really wasn't too happy with it. I finally packed away the pens and Leroy tools in 1995. One of the side benefits I'm still milking from the pen and ink days is my old ultra-sonic pen cleaner .... it's pretty small, but three years ago when I discovered it would zap the crud off my handgun brass it went to work. And on the other side of the trade .... you can generate some pretty useful targets in cad.
win, win
