Went Shooting yesterday!
Took out the 92 357 to shoot some steel yesterday.. one thing I can say is this thing is accurate. Could not miss from 50 yards shooting 6 & 8 inch steel. To bad we're expecting 12 inches of snow tomorrow. 71 degrees now... Did I say that I hate winter?
And the mark on the table is from an AK 47 that was aimed a bit low..

Re: Went Shooting yesterday!
I like the case hardened receiver and legacy look of that gun.
The Rossi rifles I've shot as a whole are very accurate.
My Chiappa 92/44 with it's walnut stock is a bit prettier and a lot more expensive than my Rossi 92/44 but the Rossi will shoot circles around it hands down.
When I take a 92/44 to the bush it's always the Rossi.
I'm anxious to see if my new Marlin 336C in 35 Remiington is as accurate as my Rossi RG in 30-30.
The Rossi RG (scoped ....Bushnell "Trophy" 1.75-5x33mm) shoots "one-ragged-hole" groups with the 160 grain Hornady FTX 30-30 ammo at 100 yards.

Good looking rifle and I am so pleased yours is accurate as well. No way an ak did that there would had been a 3 foot hole there. Sorry had to, back on topic though great gun and glad she shoots well keep us posted.

Re: Went Shooting yesterday!
I think what AK was saying was that an ak47, with a 30 round mag, is generally capable of making 30 individual one hole groups (but really nice holes) distributed across the entire surface of a 3 foot target board, given adequate proximity

Re: Went Shooting yesterday!
I was actaully a little upset that day at more possible gun control
I meant it this way that beens an ak is an assault weapon so deadly in its existense that one round would not graze it would make a 3 foot hole. lol The three I have are very accurate I would go against any 92 to show they can shot better than me the ak. Beens I cannot see so well anymore.

Re: Went Shooting yesterday!
no offense Mr. AK, but between the two "styles" I'd be inclined to choose Mr. Pow's 92 .... hands down. Really nice looking, functional rifle. I'm just not feelin' the "red" today.
