I purchased a new M92 several weeks ago and have been wanting to change the ejector spring to limit the throw of the spent cartridges. For those who do not want to buy a whole replacement spring kit online, or do not want to pay the high online prices for just the ejector spring I found the following:
My local True Value Hardware store has utility compression spring C-530, which is 7/32 by 1 by .020 inches. It is manufactured by Century Spring Corp of Los Angeles. A pack of four springs is about $3.00.
This spring fits without any modification, and drops the brass right at your feet.

Just trim a coil or two until you get better reaction from it. Cheapest way to do it. you still may need to trim the claw.
