Hey Guys,
We need a new fridge for the house, otherwise I'd bid on it..

Me either!
Hey, I see you bid on it. I might give it a go if you fall behind another!golfish wrote:Hey Guys,

The current bid seems to fit the caliber
Ranch Dog, I though Rossi only made a small handful of these .480's ? When I say small I mean the total number produced would fit in the trunk of my wife's Honda Civic..
Good luck bidders, I was out at the 300.00 mark

this is fun to watch
I'm betting it will top $550 before final.

Legacy told me they ordered 100 of them.golfish wrote:Ranch Dog, I though Rossi only made a small handful of these .480's ? When I say small I mean the total number produced would fit in the trunk of my wife's Honda Civic.
What happened guys? I go hunting and you let this slip? $480 didn't meet the reserve!

Re: There's a .480 on GB
Well the seller finally quit mousing around and set his "Reserve" price as a "Starting Bid". For the life of me I've never figured out why a seller would set a reserve price and then a opening bid of $0.01, just doesn't make any sense. At least now we can see what he thinks the rifle is worth, $790. All I can say is good luck with that.

Yeah, I've been following that too, I don't understand the crazy prices, I guess there's some one
out there that will pay that for it, seems to me the firearms market is way overvalued at this
point in time.
