from looking at the load data (pdf on the web site link), it does look like a useful magnum pistol cartridge powder. I don't read the language on the web site, but did see the reference to No. 9 as well as .357 and .44 mag. From the load data chart, the recommended load values seem a bit high when compared to the suggested load data (for AA#9) in the U.S sources. It very well could be the same or equivalent to AA#9 and your country just isn't quite as queezy about using full blown magnum loads as we are.

I'm curious too.

It is listed in QuickLoad so I would be more than happy to pass along the loads for your components. I have no way to verify the calculations but the software has been tighter in calculations that any printed data I've come across.

I will add the data in the morning. Grandkids stay with us after school and into the evening so better this be done without my grandson's strokes on the keyboard. That is the trouble maker in my avatar!

Of course some author/programmers don't provide for user updating of records because they want you to continue to purchase new versions.
An example of this is the Microsoft Streets & Trips program.
Makes good marketing sense to map out future customer patronage.

I haven't really looked at QuickLoad with any degree of introspection yet but I hope there is a venue provided in the program to add new bullet and powder profile records to the tables of the QuickLoad database.
You've used it much more than I have & no doubt have more insight in this regard. +corn

Adding a bullet or a cartridge is very simple. Powder, not so. It pretty much has to been tested by the author. Updates are available every year about this time ($15). I actually check this morning but a new one has yet to be posted.

Added the Lovex D037.2 numbers directly to your post above so that they are listed with the other powders. Please understand that these powders are volitle! A tenth of a grain matters plus remember that there is variations between a given lot of powder from that powder's spec. Use a chronograph and during load work if the velocity exceeds that listed, STOP!. As always, use of this info is at your own risk.
