OH SNAP................
I just came into the house after being out in the shop for the last 4 hours, and a water pipe busted and flooded the place. Ceiling fell in and knocked all our clothes in the closet to the floor and then soaked them too. Ceiling in the carport fell on to my truck and bike.
The wife is NOT gonna be happy when she gets home. And I'll bet it's going to be my fault!

Yeah this cold is killing me I'm home and just got my lines unfrooze and finally took a shower thank god lol. Sorry to hear hopefully your insurance will cover it for you kkeep us posted.

Sorry 'bout yer luck. Pipes in the ceiling can be a liability but what are you gonna do. Our pipes are in the basement. But then, it was -14 here.

a frozen pipe at 27*? is your house not insulated?
the last three mornings here have been -28, -17 and -14, their calling for -21 tomarrow but at least it will get above zero during the day for a change.
