Always put in the stipulation of a 3 day inspection, non-firing, inspection. Firearm to be returned, at your expense, if you don't like it at your FFL.

I have an Overland in 12 gauge with exposed hammers & 20" barrels.
Simple & works every time.
It's a good gun & I'm hanging on to it.
when you get a chance, will you measure the actual length of the barrels? If it's not a task, could you post a pic of the muzzle end and the bead?

I've also bought and sold close to 40 guns, only had one problem that the guy was eager to correct- he described the gun as like new, unfired, etc...when I got it is was dirty from being fired. I talked to him on the phone and he was shocked. I believe he was sincere about it, it seems the FFL he trusted to ship it for him (it was a pistol) played with it on their range before they shipped it. :?

$25 is a little high for a transfer- call around and see if anyone does it lower than that.
