Can't imagine assuming a bag full of new brass would be ready to use as-delivered.

You're right .......they aren't ready to prime & load out of the bag.
Cleaning, thorough checking (just because they are new doesn't mean they can't be defective), F/L sizing, length trimming, primer pocket and flash hole uniforming (clean burrs out of flash hole), inside & outside chamfering or fluting of case mouth as required all have to be done. :idea:
