I have been on shooting times and shotgun news for so many years I don't remeber a time of not having been. I always like shotgun news because it dictates retail gun market priceing and shooting times for reviews and info on new products. What do you read?

Re: So what magazines do you subscribe and why?
I get the "American Rifleman" magazine thru my NRA life membership.
Getting it reminds me that because of my support I'm an integral part of the continuous, never ending fight for the freedom to keep & bear arms which is the underlying basis for all other freedoms we enjoy and sometimes take for granted.
Besides that, it's an excellent well written magazine with great articles.

A total of six publications.
All three of the Wolfe Publishing magazines: Handloader, Rifle, and Successful Hunter. Just think that they are some of the most informative, well written pubs in my area of interest.
Two publications dedicated to whitetail deer: Deer & Deer Hunting which is written at the hunter plus level, an equal mix of hunting and herd/land management. Quality Whitetails which is a whitetail lands manager magazine that comes from the Quality Deer Management Association.
Since 1967, the NRA's American Hunter. pricedo pretty much summed it up!
Times are changing, I get the Wolfe Publishing and Deer & Deer Hunting digitally for my Kindle Fire. Quality Whitetails isn't offered as such and I need to get of my rear end and see if the NRA pubs are.

Re: So what magazines do you subscribe and why?
When I actually get them America Rifleman for a NRA lifetime membership I was given as a gift 49 years ago but actually read and get all of the Wolf Publishing magazines. Other than those I don't subscribe to any others but do buy and occasional copy when I see them and they have something of interest to me.

Re: So what magazines do you subscribe and why?
I read "The American Rifleman" and one other magazine, "Fur, Fish & Game". Occasionally a friend gives me a stack of "The American Hunter" and that is the extent of my magazine reading. Years ago I had subscriptions to Rifle, Handloader, Shooting Times, Guns & Ammo and American Handgunner. I haven't read any of those in years and I don't miss them either.
