My preference is for big bore, slow to moderate velocity, cast bullets which I cast myself.

I cannot walk to hunt anymore, bad knees, but still enjoy the casting, loading and shooting.

stuff, 4 vaqueros, all 44 mag (2 each 4.625 and 7.5) which I have loaded for 40 yrs, cast for 35 yr. Also a rossi mod 92 in 44 with 16" barrel. Haave to sell jeep to afford a RG 45-70.
