I have been a M92 / R92 shooter for several years in OKC - just discovered this site. Seems to have alot of good info
& people. I'm an avid hog hunter however I just go for the extra large ones and leave the little ones for next year.
My preferred caliber is the 454 casull and 30-30 as a second. Wish Rossi would put out some more R92-68012 which is
a highly sought after hog hunter. I have the M-92 in 454 but I can't mount a night scope on it since it ejects from the
top but I love the knock down power of the 454. I have never had a problem with any of my Rossi's. I would like to
add a 2/3rds lever to both my M92/454 & R92 30-30 if anyone knows of anyone doing custom work on Rossi lever actions.

Welcome, you and ranch dog should be able to share some hunting tricks between you both.Beens he is hunting them in Texas and you are doing the same in the OKC. once again welcome aboard.
