I own one Rossi and have yet to complain to them, until next Monday, Have any of you had any experience with them?
I do also own a couple Taurus, well wife owns one, I took her shooting and the Cylinder Retainer screw assembly fell out and so did the cylinder.
I loaned her parts out of mine to keep her going and called Taurus on a Monday, within a week we had parts to fix things at no charge.
