Anyone know anything about these?
A friend of mine is looking at them vs. the Ruger vaquero.
The EMFs are about half the price of the Ruger single action.

Good evening
But they are also not as brute strong as the Rugers.
But for probably 85% of the informal shooting most of us do slaughtering cans and orange pigeons they do just fine.

I have the Uberti Cimarron in .45C and it's well made. I'm not sure if all Italian clones are the same. As stated above, not as strong as a Ruger but I'll take that trade to have CCH that won't wear off and to have a four-click firing pin-on-hammer copy with no transfer bar like the Ruger and Beretta copies.

I think the Uberti may have a better rep than the Pietta although it seems Peitta has a decent one.
EMF is an import house that through it's history farmed out designs to multiple manufacturers.
Many of those mfgs no longer exist, aimee with reason.
EMF was recently acquired by Pietta and it is generally considered that may result in a general quality shift upward in what they import.
