I wonder what the date of manufacture is given the product number?

Can anyone vouch for this place, Kentucky Gun Co.? I'm ready to jump all over this. I thought I'd have to pay $700 to get one on GB.
- I saw someone else had vouched for them in another thread so I am taking a chance. May be a blem although site doesnt say so. For $500 shipped its dirt cheap compared to anything on GB. I ordered and will update later this week.

Re: Some new 20" .357 at kygunco
From what Ive read they are good to go.
they are about a 1.5 to 2 hour drive north of me, west of buds gun shop, outside of Lexington.
I have never dealt with them because buds always beat their price in the past.
Other then that I would have no problem dealing with them.
And buds is a little closer to me.
My last gun purchase I got through my local Mom and Pop gun shop, they beat buds price big time.
That is a decent price on that rossi 357 from KYgunco.

I wonder where they found them? Maybe sitting on a pallet in some warehouse on the top rack. Where ever, its a good find, price isn't too bad either.deadeye wrote:This is the item ordered: ROSSI M92 Carbine : RSS-923572013 -- Old stock from 2013?

I do want a 20" round barrel, my wife tells me that I dont want it.
I think I'll take the gamble and wait for the new production model.

Re: Some new 20" .357 at kygunco
The 923572013 model number was new in the 2017 catalog. Before that they were using a different model number system which begs the question is kygunco using the new numbers on the site but old models or if its new stock
It does jive with what i saw last year where some new 357s did trickle in

Correct - That is the current model number shown for .357 on the Rossi site. The KGC also shows 16" stainless .45 and 20" blued .44 Mag available. It does seem odd some place I never heard of before today would have more stock on these than Buds or anyone else.GRV01 wrote:The 923572013 model number was new in the 2017 catalog.
