It' s great looking setup.zissman wrote:Hi all. I know that my rig may be offensive to some, but it works. It's a Rossi 92 in 357 & 20" barrel. I've slicked an polished the internals, shimmed the trigger, put a stevesgunz peep on it and taller front sight. It shoots very well. I also put a beartooth mercantile saddle ring on it.

Not at all, but I got to ask about what and where did you find the front sling attachment?zissman wrote:Hi all. I know that my rig may be offensive to some, but it works. It's pared nicely with a S&W 627. I just picked up the kydex holster today so I'm pretty excited about
Make smoke,
Curt... makin' smoke and raising my carbon foot print one cartridge at a time

It's a specter gear 3-point sling. The front and rear attachments just wrap around the barrel and stock respectively and are held in place via velcro. The one on my Rossi is meant for a Mini-14.
I also have one on my M1 Garand, they work quite well. I used a sling that was meant for an M1a for it.

Removed the ugly buckhorn, added a carbine ladder sight. Much better!
