Beautiful! Never heard of one either.

And FWIW, when was the last time you saw a box of .22 Shorts for sale? Let alone .22 Longs!

Yep you have a point there! I can load and shoot my own 38/357 ammo cheaper than shooting .22LR! +guns +guns +guns +guns

It's tough to load .357 for $0.05.

.22 Short is everywhere. It's about the best thing for short range pests in my Old Model Single Six.

.22 Long? Can't say when I last saw a box.

I've never seen a .22 lever Rossi in blue or stainless. Sounds like a real shooter.

Well, it's hard to find .22 for .05 cents a round in my area. It's going for closer to .12-.15 per round. And at that price my homemade 158gr. LFP bullets cast from wheel weights come pretty close in per round cost. Not counting my time loading of course.

At any rate, this is a pretty rare variant of the model 62!
And is a pretty sweet shooter.
It's a perfect companion to my model 92's and 62 SA.
Now if I can find a Rossi double barrel shotgun I will have examples of all the long guns Rossi has sold over the years.
I'm still hunting a Taurus model 450 revolver to pair with my 92 in .45 Colt. I haven't seen one in a long time but I will eventually find one.

I'm another one that had never heard of a lever action Rossi 62. But I gotta say that it's a great looking bit of kit! ! ! I'm glad you figured out the pictures posting issues because seeing these pictures was worth it.

As for good shooting? My own pump 62 shoots so well that I feel Rossi rimfire guns are one of those "hidden gems" among the masses of rimfire rifles out there.
