Interesting material. I have s more simplistic view.
Hyundai had the worse ratings of any car in America; Hyundai was going to go under. Stock holders don't like that.
A new leadership came in and placed quality control at the head of the line. Second place went to design. Now, Hyundai is rated as one of the best vehicles on Consumer Reports. There was a lull in profits, but demand increased, as did price, and now Hyundai is a recognized as one of the best car makers.
I think Rossi has to make some decisions" Does the company go down or does the company take care of business?

I understand what your saying 100%. That's not the world we live in now no matter how much we want to go back in time. It is what it is and we have make due with what we have. Hopefully other folks will take our lead and share what they have learned to help others.
