More Weird Weather

Heavy thunderstorms with moderate to extreme precipitation and 32°. Ice build up is incredible! In my lifetime, I have never seen thunderstorms at these temperatures. My cow dog got me up wanted me to check things out. She is back sleeping, I am not.

I had hoped to shoot a bit today but I suspect that will not happen.

Its all that darn global warming....... Yea My husky hates thunder. She was trying to climb in my lap than about a minute later I heard the thunder. Major lighting storm here as well. They were calling for ice but I don't see that now. Looks like it will be a good day for me to punch out some brass and do some wet tumbling.

This is as bad an ice storm as I've ever seen, possibly anywhere. Don't know how localized it was. Our brush has been really hit hard by the drought, losing a lot of cover, this is going to be bad as what was left had budded out and now a solid block of ice.

You should come up to the north country when we have thunder and lightning during a snow storm. Nice light show and then we know its getting close to spring. Just saw the last of our sub zero temps and might even get above freezing this weekend

No thanks, that is why I live where I do as this is the first time I've seen this and probably will not see it again. Last week I was hunting hogs in 70° weather in a t-shirt. That is my kind of February.
