IT'S FIXED !!!!!! and boy is it slick, one finger cycles and locks up tight. FINE AS FROG HAIR. Took about half an hour to assemble, bolt, lever, lower tang and trigger.
I would like to thank everyone on this sight for all the support and info, without which I would never have been able to accomplish this.
Ranch Dog, that dental floss trick worked again, first time!
Now to re-research the TRU OIL process, going to start that on Sunday
