Ha! I bet it will penetrate about 2 inches. I think you'd be better off with a plain ole chunk of lead.

Hmmm. Law Enforcement. Really? Could you imagine the PR backlash the first time a LEO used this. Especially if a bystander was the unfortunate "recipient" of one of these.
