Welcome to the true Rossi smith club you are not a member till you grind metal or tap metal to make em work some of us are lucky enough to only need to sand the wood. keep us posted to any other results.

When I tore it down there wasn't anything left in the frame, cartridge guides, lifter, lever, locking bolts even the loading came out and that things cycles real smooth now. It was hard to believe the difference. I glued a couple of pieces of foil to the face of the cartridge stop and when the ejector contacts it it releases a round everytime. May have to shorten the ejector collar a thousandth or two.
