Don't know Dulles.......do they have a full refund if defective policy after an inspection period?
Carefully & thoroughly check the gun from butt plate to muzzle crown using a bore light and function test the gun with snap-cap ammo (ask permission first).
Make sure the 92/454 is the later model with the robust double threaded magazine tube.
The first 92/454s had weakly configured pinned magazine tubes which fell off the barrel after a few firings.
$465 is a decent price if the gun passes muster as outlined above.
If you spot easily repairable defects point them out to the dealer and use them to leverage a discount.

Re: M92 454
Gun buying like billiards is all about position.
You don't just bang the balls into the pockets haphazardly. You have to think about setting yourself up for the next shot(s) if you want to wind up a winner.
When you're still in the gun dealers shop and not a dime or plastic has changed hands yet you are in a far better position in regards to requesting remedial action & redress for product failings and defects than you will be when you find the defects post purchase at home or even worse as a result of product failure in the hunting field. Once the seller has your money in his pocket the "do I really give a s**t ?" factor on his part diminishes by several orders of magnitude.
