Never had dove. Seems like a ton of work for little meat! Then again up until a few years ago I never ate bluegill, for the same reason. Right up until I caught a fair sized one and cooked it up! Dang tasty!


But the dove is still more work than a turkey, goose or duck! Those others seem worth while!
