A 20" R92 in 45 Colt, manufactured March 2016. Good quality, feeding and construction overall.

That would go for around $725 on gun broker right now. I've been watching gun broker for a deal the last few months. Big loop lever models are getting the big bucks too. On Arms List (person to person sales) its more like $600. My opinion is that they can't go a lot higher even if Rossi never makes any more because they will get into the price range of the Japan made 1892s and the Italian clones.

I see four completed items ranging from $710 to nearly $1200. It's worth $600 locally.

Of course if/when cases of Rossi 92s arrive from Brazil the prices of used ones will crash big time. I've only been in the market for one for a short time but its an interesting situation. You usually only see prices of used guns rise after they are out of production. In this case, the manufacturer is not constrained by labor or materials, and there is unmet demand. For whatever reason, Rossi is not that interested in meeting demand and making money. So, used prices keep climbing. I suppose this happens all the time in socialist and communist countries but its not something I'm used to.

I've begun to think that will not happen, Rossi 92s arriving out of the two cataloged. They didn't produce some rifles that were cataloged last year, so it remains to be seen if they make the two 20" RB models (357 Mag & 44 Mag) listed this year.

I find it strange that the 45 Colt was dropped as barrel stock is barrel stock. If they are making 45 Colt Circuit Judges, they are already making the barrel stock, and a third of the 92 has been produced. Plus by not producing the 45 Colts, they are not catering to the customers that put them on the shooting ranges in the US, the CASS shooter.

Sorry, but I see them as absolute boneheads.
