New ejector to .44mag 92, where, not from here!
Hi all
I don't know if this post belongs here, but i am in serious trouble.
My 92's ejector broke and i cant get it from around here, Finland. And gun part deliveries from US are clode to zero.So i need advice/ejector/ url to one that ships to Finland.
Please help me! If someone can get hold on one and send it as person, as a gift, or something, i will pay of course, not an somalian prince...
Allready asked Stevesgunz, yet no answer.
Thank you and sorry

EDIT: Stevesgunz do not send outside US.

Go to Rossi's Contact Us Page HERE between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (i.e. New York, USA). Look in the lower right corner of the page for a 'Chat' link and you can get to their Customer Service Department.
You must give them your rifle’s s/n and the exact name of the part(s) you want as defined in THIS parts listing for your M92 Rossi. Or you can call Rossi Customer Service at 1800 327 3776 (long hold on line) and be ready with your rifle’s s/n to order the parts using the above listing.
Hope this helps you.

Good luck,
Hopefully the idiotic international regulations won't get in the way.

Hello
No help from that direction. Any volunteers to receive a little package and re-send it to Finland?
I am in an emotional swamp...

Unfortunately, you're facing two hurdles:
- Firearms export laws in the US, and
- Firearms import laws in Finland.
The reason that stores here don't ship overseas is not because they don't want to, it's because they can't. That's why you really need to push on the Rossi importer that's in Finland to order the parts for you.

Hello m8s!
An update to the situation. Made the ejector by myself, local gunsmith refused to do it. 60 rounds, still holding Nothing that a Dremel and a couple of files can't do...
But got the original part coming also! A friendly Gunsmith sold/Sent it to me, my savior! I do not know if the name should be mentioned, but a big hug to him
The Taurus support was a dead end.
Finland does not have a importer for Rossi nor Taurus etc. Even the guy who handled the warranty repairs at the time, said no can do.
Well, all good for now.
Thanks for all your hints though, e-mail has been singing...
Oh, a package from germany with cuban cigars in it is about to arrive...
Try to keep safe you all!

Congratulations! Please post some pictures here of your new ejector. Several people have the same problem with broken ejectors, and I'm sure they would appreciate your ideas on how to make a new one.

Hello
Åicture you wanted, if i put a link to dropbox? Let's try...
In the pictures are two choices. One picture is of a finished ejector, forgot to take pictures during the project. The picture of the brake line cutter explains the source of the ejector from i filed it out of, the screw. Secondly there are pictures where i repaired the old ejector with a drilling and thread job. New axel is from a driving punch and the rest is filed to shape. Both works fine but the old repair was much easier, made a mark with a fine fiber pen while the ejector was turning on a drill and punched a mark to it, then drilled the old axel out.
Here is some pics: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/48g0gshv31me ... mWPha?dl=0
I hope this works for you.
At the moment my project is to take of the front stock, because the gun throws every load i try around the target. Only reason for that i think is the binding of it. Lets see...
See you all later

Now that is a fine example of real gun smithing !
