Using Picture trail is very easy. Just right click on the picture you want to use and then paste it in the editor window.

You can use the Insert Image button in the Editor or if you want to use BBCode directly:

[img]paste from clipboard[/img]

You're likey only missing one step and the computer doesn't know the difference between one step and one thousand.
