Shocking delay in reporting back so apologies chaps!
Well after noticing the dovetail wasn't straight we looked to send the rifle back to the distributor but after hearing they're weren't expecting any more I decided to keep it! There is no way I'm letting this out of my gun safe, unlike the 20" octagon barrel .357 I had......
Although I only use 44 Special loads nothing has moved and I'm really happy with it and would recommend the mount to one and all. Shipping to the UK adds to the cost but if any UK users are wondering about the mount, I'd say it's well worth the total. You won't regret it.
Mounted a Vortex red dot in the end and although the traditionalists don't like the look, they all like how it shoots.
So far the best off hand group I've had was just over an inch a 25 yards, so the gun will shoot. I'm not so good at 100 yards but will carrying on trying.

cheers

Jon
