Sig Sauer SigTac SOCKET 1913-QD-LP with a Midwest Industries medium duty QD sling swivel and home-made sling. Socket was $24 from Ecop. Durasight DS400S QD scope rings, $18 from Opticsplanet.

Yup, the rear attachment point it is the Midwest Industries AK-47 mount, countersunk in the stock. I use their medium duty sling swivel front and back. The mount is sold with the heavy duty swivel, which is big, clunky, and seems like overkill for an 8 pound (more or less) rig.
