Mine is a 44 magnum - I love the rifle - It's still all original and un-messed with. Great home protection and awesome hog gun. :)

357 magnum. It's a great caliber for both quick action rifle and side arm. Easy to cast and load for. Shooting a good revolver and a good rifle loaded with same load is the most fun you can have with your clothes on.

I went with .357, I have a few pistols in that caliber, ALSO Like that you can choose to shoot .38 if ya wanted to. It will be a plinking rifle for me =)

Picked up a pre-safety .357 magnum, now to add a pistol, most likely a S&W 686 6" barrel

New to the forum and added my vote. I have a .454 with the 16" barrel and stainless steel. Just pulled it out of the closet today. Wish I would have bought the .45 Colt version though as that is one of my favorite cartridges.

Bought mine in 45lc, to go with the Uberti, Cattleman I bought.
I took them both out for the 1st time this week, and they are a hoot to shoot. Makes me feel like I am starring in my own "Spaghetti Western".

Picked up a 16" blued 357. Saddle ring, no safety of any kind, front sight is pinned blade to barrel band.
S.N K064XXX, curious as to manufacture date. Maybe mid 80's?

Bore is pristine, action pretty good. Very short, crisp trigger. No creep whatsoever. Wood is dark, matte finish Brazilian hard wood, it's very handsome.

Pull the furniture. My old school one has date codes on every part.

Mine is 1987 and starts with K023...not sure there's a correlation serial number to date on these.

Thanks!
It has "9772" stamped into the wood. Does that mean 1997?
