CJ Stock bolt... not too secure.

Post by retAFShooter »

I had a problem with the bolt holding the stock on the Circuit Judge. I noticed it was loose the last time I fired it. When I got home, I tried to tighten it a few turns, but it went clean through the slim layer of wood that was holding it. Braztech didn't do a good job on this, in fact I think it is a design flaw. They need a better solution to that bolt connection. In lieu of sending it back and getting the same flawed design, I decided to fix it myself. I found a longer bolt and mounted the washer on the outside. I had to do some dremel work on the little plastic cover in order to fit the bolt head underneath.

By the way, the bolt is a 4mm one.
