I thought I'd share this. I was watching "The Last Alaskan's" on the Discovery channel last night. One of the guys that lives out in this remote area came upon an old trappers cabin that had been ravaged by bears. Before he poked his head in the cabin, he thought it prudent to pull out his pistol. Low and behold, for all the world to see, he pulled out a Raging Judge Magnum with the 6" barrel. He obviously though enough of his to pull it out and go to war with a bear if necessary....
