Just shipped the trigger assembly from my Ruger Mini 30 Tactical to Brimstone for a trigger job.

Brimstone Gunsmithing

If you're one of the guys that have the skill, tools and confidence to work on your own triggers,
I salute you.

Current trigger pull is between 4.7 and 5.2 lbs, depending on the trigger gauge used.
They say it should take about a week.

Very interesting. How about a report on its return?

I do my own. I'm not a professional so my results are merely really good. I'm not rich so the nearly nothing I spend is good too.

Mini 30 trigger arrived today from Brimstone. Trigger does feel much lighter.
They say it's 3.25 lbs now. Will test fire within the next couple of days.
Maybe today.

One fitting issue:

The trigger stop screw that was added to the trigger guard interferes a bit with the synthetic stock.
Since I had a dremel and didn't have a shorter stop screw, I dremeled a relief point in the synthetic stock
at the point of contact, and now it fits fine.

Nice I think this is the same brimstone trigger works. I've talked to before he is fast and does stand up work. He helped guide me on my savage 93BVTS D.I.Y. trigger work and bolt lug polishing I did. Do keep us posted +corn

Hey Lowkey, you ought to give them some feedback on the set screw as most Mini-30s they will receive will probably have a stock like your's. Maybe they could start using a shorter screw.
